Project SPiD-UP®
The project is primarily a peak performance awareness project created by CSD Africa to develop high performance consciousness and behavior on the continent of Africa. This is based on the idea that; high performing individuals ultimately make high performing, organizations, nations and continent. The project is extremely important because it seeks to address the mentality that has caused the current state of the continent in order to enable a shift to the next level.

It has four main components; an active blog, a book series, training workshops and an award scheme (The SPiD-UP® Fellowship program). All intended to developing performance conscious individuals.

SPiD-UP® Blog

The book series are a key part of the SPiD-UP® performance consciousness development strategy. They are designed to develop high performance mentality and support the information provided in our workshops and other activities. They are a valuable companion for all our training programs. They also make an interesting read for those who are yet to attend the workshops. The current list includes: Perform with awareness, Philosophy of peak performance, Perform for money
Perform with power and responsibility, perform dancing with the wind, Perform with Harmony.
The listed is intended to grow as the project progresses.

SPiD-UP® Fellowship program
The SPiD-UP® fellowship program is made up of individuals who have distinguished themselves in their chosen fields. They are identified from all fields assessed and awarded at our various events. SPiD-UP® fellows are not necessarily rich people but simply individuals who demonstrate high performance in their areas of expertise. By their methods and output prove to understand that mechanics of performance and applies them in their activities.
They serve as resource persons in our workshops and contribute in various ways to the development of the project and its patrons. They may, if convenient adopt and mentor young people who have an interest in their field of expertise.
